Jewelmint Twilight Bow Tie Bracelet

I had to buy some jewelry from my formal occasion and I decided to look on Jewelmint and I found the perfect bracelet. I bought from Jewelmint countless times before -Before I started logging my purchases on this blog :)- so I knew their shipping was extremely fast.

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. Pictures below!

Pretty box as always :)

Information on what I purchased!

They changed the bottom logo from a gorgeous mint green cursive font to this :T

Just Fabulous First Order

So I was shoe shopping for a formal occasion and I found Just Fabulous. It seemed like it was a legit site with decent choices. After browsing nearly the whole shop, I set my heart on the Inga. It came in a decent amount of time, a little more than a week I believe.

Pictures below.

Review also below and a little story about their terrible company.

Excuse the blurriness!

They were alright. They had some dirty markings on them but they rubbed off. It looked alright but I hate how my toes spayed out. I usually don't purchase open toed shoes.

I ended up wearing another pair of heels to the formal occasion and I didn't know what to do with the JustFab shoes.

I decided to get an exchange because they do refunds with some restocking fee that makes it completely waste of your time and money. I decided to get the Toccara bootie.

Here comes the twist. In the beginning of June, I went on their site and decided I didn't want to purchase from this site because I'm not a huge monthly shoe buyer and I did not want to skip every month.

I went on my profile and checked off the "Cancel Justfab membership" and submitted. I assumed that was done. The following week I was charged another 40 dollars. I called them and told them I cancelled my membership yet I received a charge. They were really rude and told me that you had to cancel over the phone and that anything else wouldn't work. I asked them what the heck the cancel membership button was doing on the site then and they gave me an indirect answer, saying you have to cancel over the phone.

Ignoring the unhelpful statement, I asked them for a refund. After all, it's just a credit, I did not purchase anything. They rudely told me no they can't do that and that I should read the site carefully. I told them that their unauthorized charge is wrong and that I would be calling the credit card company to report them. They ignored what I said and simply said that their company don't do refunds.

By this time, I'm a bit angry. I told them I want to cancel my account. They told me that it was fine but I would not be able to use my credit. So either I had to call my credit card company first or lose the credit that I already paid 40 dollars for.

I immediately called my credit card company afterwards and explained my situation. The Chase guy told me the charge probably haven't shown up yet and that I should call in another few days. He gave me another number so I can call directly next time.

I quickly called back to JustFab to exchange my Inga because I didn't want to deal with this company anymore. I decided as soon as I receive the second shoe, I'll re-call Chase.

THREE weeks later, I finally receive the booties. Talk about slow service. I could've bought something from China and received it by then. Anyway, I quickly called Chase back and the lady that answered helped me remove the charge and block them from charging me anymore. When I told the lady the situation, even she couldn't help but ask what kind of company does that kind of business?

Anyway, the whole thing is done with. Good riddance. I don't believe I would do anymore business with this company in the future.
